Spring is Coming, or Is It??

It seems like March has turned into another month of Winter!  When did this happen??  I can recall in past years that March provided a somewhat continuous harmony of 50-degree weather sprinkled with degrees as high as sixty and as low as forty.  This year, not so much.  The majority of March temperatures have been hovering in the 30’s and 40’s.  The weather seems to be consistently cold, much colder than normal.  I’m wondering where the shift is coming from, and should I now designate March to the 5 months of Winter we now seem to be having? 

What has happened to constant, dependable, and reliable?  These words should be imbedded in our backdrop of success.  While we can’t control the weather, we can and should be aware of the importance of those differentiators in all our interactions with others.  Reliability, another strong, essential component of success will separate you from the typical response, which has become more common than ever.   

In business, whether as an employee or a company, each is looking to elevate themselves from the other and being that consistent, dependable, reliable entity, accelerates the success that will follow those interactions.  What are you doing to separate yourself from the typical and ordinary to those with a purposeful mindset for success?!  At the end of the day, where do we want to be?
