NAVSEA Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) Systems and Subsystems

This IDIQ provides the U.S. Navy with products and services to support the development, integration, and sustainment of current and future Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) systems and subsystems for PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants. Under this vehicle, Mettle Ops delivers engineering, fabrication, testing, and logistics support across six functional areas—payloads, sensors, mission systems, autonomy, platform elements, and sustainment—to advance the Navy’s autonomous maritime capabilities.

This IDIQ provides for the production, testing, and delivery of M19E1, XM44, and XM1218E1 Reactive Armor Tile sets designed by the U.S. Army to enhance protection for ground combat vehicles. Under this contract, Mettle Ops manufactures and delivers Army-designed armor tiles in accordance with government Technical Data Packages, conducting First Article and Lot Acceptance Testing to ensure every tile meets strict ballistic and safety standards.
Build to Print (TACOM)
