Subcontract: Army IDIQ

Provide Systems Engineering (SE) research and development, including the logistical, functional, and operational analyses required for developing Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements. Support the development of, and ensure traceability to, user-defined capabilities such as the Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capabilities Development Document (CDD), and Capabilities Production Document (CPD). Ensure that open-system architecture and its principles are applied to reduce life cycle and sustainment costs and product development cycle time. Provide Value Engineering (VE) and Operations and Support Cost Reduction (OSCR) services. This includes design, prototyping, testing, trial fit, and identification of candidates for VE or OSCR along with the associated analysis.

Scope of work for the Department of the Navy included systems engineering, safety and process engineering, software development, engineering, programming, network support, research and development, system design documentation, technical data support, and biochemical engineering support.
