Warfighter First. Mission Always.
As 2025 closes, we pause with gratitude and pride to reflect on a year defined by momentum, ingenuity, and grit. From our earliest days, Mettle Ops has stood for disciplined growth and fearless execution—and this year was no different.
Growth Fueled by Purpose
We more than doubled our 2024 gross revenue—proof that the market responds to a company that delivers. The majority of this growth came from planned work, a sign of disciplined forecasting and relationship trust. Additional awards from emerging programs and returning customers reaffirm that we’re becoming a go-to team for rapid, high-consequence support.
Delivering with Velocity
Our flagship programs, including RAT, met major delivery milestones and stayed aligned with customer tempo. We’ve invested in efficiency, quality, and sustainability—not just to meet production demands, but to exceed expectations.
Building In-House Capability
In 2025, we expanded our footprint with the addition of a new facility and the commissioning of a fully operational internal prototyping shop. This gives our team the ability to move from concept to cutting metal—faster, safer, and with greater design control.
Strategic Expansion
We established a new office in Huntsville, Alabama, deepening our proximity to key Army and DoD partners and extending our reach into one of the nation’s most critical defense ecosystems.
