Sterling Heights, MI, February 24th, 2026: Mettle Ops is proud to announce the successful acquisition of Bay Electronics of Roseville, MI. This strategic move reflects Mettle Ops’ long‑term mission to strengthen operational depth, secure critical capabilities, and position the company for sustained, disciplined growth.
Effective immediately, Bay Electronics will continue operating exactly as it does today with all leadership, staff, and workflows remaining unchanged.
Bay Electronics will maintain its identity and operations as a subsidiary—not as a merged or absorbed division—while benefiting from the broader resources of the Mettle Ops enterprise.
