Mettle Ops and Vyper Adamas Announce the V5, Newest Addition to the ULV Family
Sterling Heights, MI – Mettle Ops and Vyper Adamas announce the release of their off/on-road V5 COTS Military ISV/ULV Hybrid Vehicle. Designed for emergency and rescue operations, the V5 unique hybrid design takes Green Energy Vehicles to the next level as it does not require electrical charging and can run 300+ miles off-road (500+ on-road).
The V5 is an ultra-light weight vehicle with a payload of 4,800 lbs. and can be equipped in gas, diesel, JP-8, and Natural Gas. It is designed to function as 2- or 4-wheel drive and can tow up to ten thousand pounds. This vehicle is adapted to carry 9-12 people through water up to 48 inches deep and easily transition to land transport.

This Tactical Ultra-Light Vehicle, a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) vehicle, was designed and developed to be a unique approach to mission vehicle needs. With input from various experienced parties, it was designed to be over 80% COTS. The interior can be customized to fit a variety of needs to support and protect the Warfighter.
